1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
✅ The item must be returned in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged products due to misuse.
- Heavy lifting equipment that has been installed or assembled.
- Resistance bands, gloves, or personal fitness accessories for hygiene reasons.
- Digital/downloadable products (e.g., workout guides, training programs).
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Await Approval – We will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Use a trackable shipping service to return the item to our warehouse.
4️⃣ Receive Refund/Exchange – Once we inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
📦 Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
✅ Approved Refunds:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
🚫 Rejected Refunds:
- If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts, we may deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.
